A motorhome that has been responsibly taken care of, well respected and completely looked after will obviously fetch a much better price than a campervan that has been heavily used and neglected. MOT and annual servicing
If you are serious about protecting the value of your RV, then you should always ensure that it gets serviced at least once a year. Of course, getting your motorhome MOT’d is compulsory and not an option, but you should also make sure that the habitation area in your campervan is serviced regularly to stop any long term problems from arising as these can have a devastating effect on your initial investment when it comes to selling the vehicle on. Also, if you do have any service checks then make sure you keep any documents or certificates as certified proof.
